Maya and 3Dmax install error

Hey everyone, I've been trying to install maya and 3Dmax through their site but, every time I try to open it, it gives me a "License was not obtained" error. Error #2 to be exact. I've searched the depths of the Internet to seek help, yet nobody's solutions fix this. Any ideas?

Do you have a license? Have you asked Autodesk for assistance?

late afterthought edit: I really don't mean to be an ass or insinuate anything; but if its an account/license issue that you can't noodle with google-fu, it's probably something you ought to talk to them about.

I've tried contacting them. But they just tell me to reinstall it lol. I have a student license btw
