I've been researching a lot about rock workflows and mixing a procedural approach into them. I've found some good sources:

http://saschahenrichs.blogspot.com.br/2010/03/3dsmax-environment-modeling-1.html
But i would like to find out more. Do you have, or know, a similar workflow?

I put a bunch of good tutorials here, including that same one from Sascha.

Right below it, there's a Maxscript for 3ds Max which generates procedural rocks. There are a few of these scripts out there, if you search on Scriptspot you can find some.
