Heya helpful guys!
I'm having a little trouble unwrapping my rock that has a fair amount of differing angles. I'm definitely weak in this area.
I was hoping someone might be able to offer some insight on the stretching problems. Usually my rocks are simple and have 3 islands maximum. But this required so much more it felt like.
I feel strongly that the more islands I have, the less believable the rock will look when textured. (1st time Learning DDO with this made the seams much more obvious initially)
I'll attach the low poly unwrapped model in the case that helps any.

It really depends on the placement of your seams.
Since your rock looks like several rocks glued together, I would place a seam in the grooves of each section.
Then flatten each shell in 'Headus UV layout'.
It will help you clean up all the distortion you have indicated.
