Problem with Cryteck Exporters in Maya

Hi I am having problem with installation of Cryteck Exporter for maya...
I have followed the process many time as per the docs.cryengine.com and a video, but still can't resolve any problem..

Hey, have you tried running the CryToolsInstaller in the Tools folder?

I go over the process manually and automatically in this video.
