Lifting Animation

A animation piece i did for my class assignment and I felt like showing it off and see what people think, I myself feel like i could of exaggerated the lifting better but as a student i still learning and practicing :)

    I'll just give a list of my feedback.

    The right knee snap near the beginning.
    The entire animation is a little long.
    The pacing of the pick up should be (down > wait > up). Currently it's (down > wait > pelvis up > hands up > shoulders up).
    Arms should move down in an arc, it's really obvious you are using IK on the arms right now.
    Play to the camera by not having the character stare at the floor / box.
    Lead the pick up with the core of the body (back, chest, and shoulders).
    The knees bow outward awkwardly. They should stay under the body.
    The arms never really fully extend on the way up.
