Hey everyone, I am still new to poly count but i figured i'd post something I am working on. current a college student for 3D animation so it's not an amazing piece or anything and I know I have alot to work on but I hope you all like it anyways. I going off reference of the character from the illustrator class

Good start! Check your proportions on the spheres around his waist. If you look at the silhouette on the front view of your reference they don't stick out nearly as much as you have them in your version. Probably scale them smaller and keep only a couple of them larger. Same probably goes for the spheres on the necklace piece. I would also revisit the face, especially the spacing between the eyes and making the nose wider.
