Face sculpt has decent texturing, but the actual features of the face are really weird. After the top of the ears, the head seems to point inward drastically. The area around the eyebrows is super pointy, it almost looks like he is going to grow devil horns. The chin is basically a block, there is no definition.
You could probably keep the texture, and just sculpt the definition a bit better and then re-bake the normal map.
I think what he's trying to say is to focus on let's say environment, characters or assets.
Consider what you like the best and put everything into it so the piece will pop out.
Also, I think it would be good to make a category (especially the Logistic Services International) more visible, so viewers know what to expect when they click on the image. Right now it looks like there is only one model, but if you click on the engine, you see all those hidden models behind it which I think look good. Perhaps if you put more images in one thumbnail so people know it's a set of models.
