As our Art Manager (m/f), you will mainly be responsible for allocating resources within our art department. You will coordinate deadlines and ensure that production pipelines are adhered to.
Your job:
- Support efforts to establish and optimize production pipelines and increase the efficiency of our internal workflows
- Design and develop approval pipelines
- Collaborate closely with our department leads (e.g. corporate art, 3D art, 2D art, illustration, marketing art) and internal clients (e.g. production teams, corporate communications, event management, product marketing, HR, conversion)
- Supervise budgeting on a continuous basis
- Allocate resources within the art teams in consultation with internal clients
- Manage external service providers as needed
Your profile:
- A completed university level degree, preferably in business studies, logistics, or IT
- Some experience with agile development methods
- Experience with JIRA or other issue tracking software
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Eager to get to know art production as a field
- Some experience in the gaming industry is advantageous
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Passion for gaming
