Problems with Xnormal when baking with bigger than 512x512

As the title states, whenever I try to bake any map from a highpoly to lowpoly, with the map being bigger than 512x512, I get a weird rim or so, as shown here: HY4kcgN.png

It seems that the further away from 512 i get the bigger the rim gets, so I'd assume it's connected to that somehow, but I still don't get why the problem arises.

My lowpoly is a simple plane with the highpoly being a slightly bigger, sculpted plane.
