IN PROGRESS: Unable to register NDO or DDO - Timed Out

Hello there -

I'm having trouble registering my copy of Quixel Suite since purchasing it last night. Any time I try to register either product online, the process stalls for 3-4 minutes then throws the error below.

Is this a problem authenticating to the registration system on Quixel's end? Or are there steps I can take?

Alternatively you could use the offline registration.

Also, could you try disabling your firewalls and anti virus programs and see if that helps? If that doesn't help, could you try installing the SUITE in the default location? I'm noticing it's installed on your E: drive.

I hate to bring this one back up, but it appears I'm still suffering from this issue and completely unable to use the suite now that the trial timer has run down.

I thought I had been able to successfully register the product, but it doesn't look like it stuck.

I just tried uninstalling the suite and resetting my license in my account, then reinstalling in the default directory. I got several errors during the install, and now when I try and register, it cannot contact the server.

Now I'm afraid my install is somehow corrupted, because I didn't get errors on my first install...

The really strange part is... DDO registered fine and has been unlocked and usable from the very start.

So, you've uninstalled the SUITE using the Uninstaller, disabled (or allowed the SUITE in) the firewall and antivirus, reinstalled it in the default location and registered. Is that correct?
