Join our team to help the project’s Art Director inform the look and design of our games. Support our environment, character, and UI teams by solving complex visual problems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design characters and modular parts with weapons and equipment.
Iterate and Ideate in a quick format.
Create believable and functional mechanical elements.
Illustrate environments based on our existing world and help expand it with exciting new game play locations.
Actively participate in group critique and review sessions.
Strive to create visuals that will awe and inspire.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Prolific art output.
We emphasize thumbnails, sketches, and ideas first with illustration as a secondary consideration.
A strong mechanical design sense.
Understanding of anatomy, lighting, and color theories and how to exaggerate them in believable ways.
An affinity for discovering new ideas and communicating them visually.
Effective visual communicator.
Natural curiosity and a strong desire to grow as an artist.
Collaborative focus and an understanding of how to take feedback and use it to fuel new ideas.
