DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Take a concept and plan out its construction
Sculpt high resolution characters and supporting props.
Build game ready meshes that are animation friendly.
Bake textures and bring them to life.
Work with the tech teams and riggers to solve implementation challenges in creative ways.
Effective communicate with design, art and programming teams.
Actively participate in group critique and review sessions.
Strive to create visuals that will awe and inspire.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Expert in Maya and Photoshop.
A high level of Zbrush knowledge and how to sculpt strong clear forms.
Clean and efficient poly modeling for games.
Strong UV packing and optimization.
Texture painting in support of advanced real time shaders.
Modular thinking and an affinity for squeezing value out of every last polygon.
Natural curiosity and a strong desire to grow as an artist.
Collaborative focus and an understanding of how to take feedback and use it to fuel new ideas.
