As Head of Studio (m/f), you will be responsible for building and leading a new mobile game studio. As the studios first employee you will have every opportunity to shape a studio in which senior game teams build only the most ambitious products. Your studio will be an integral part in taking Goodgame Studios to the next level and creating a #1 mobile title. Your job:
- Strive to fulfill the studios explicit aim of creating a global #1 mobile title
- Build a new game studio from scratch
- Recruit senior studio leadership and senior game team members
- Lead and shape your studio from initial concept to release
- Take executive responsibility for the teams and games within your studio Interact with top management and other studio heads on strategic matters
Your profile:
- Strong motivation to create the next #1 mobile game
- Significant experience and outstanding track record in the gaming industry
- Experience in building and leading a studio/company (e.g. as Head of Studio, CEO) or experience in leading a game team of a very successful game title
- Track record in releasing successful game titles
- Ability to excite and motivate team
- Significant experience in developing mobile free-to-play games (native development projects are a plus), as well as in leading international high performance teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
