Zbrush start up error; cannot delete default sphere

I will admit, I have been attempting to customize my UI. Modifying things like Zscripts, creating macros, etc.

Whenever I boot up Zbrush now, despite a fresh install, I get a sphere that cannot be deleted, it's in a custom material, and I have to initialize Zbrush each time to actually do any work.

I've checked everything I've modified and restored it to default; however, nothing seems to help.

Any ideas?

I try to make my workflow faster, and I ended up slowing it down!
