So i recently moved to Artstation as it allows Sketchfab and my carbonmade doesnt. That opens a lot more options in terms of showcasing work

Now i think i will keep both and update them all the same to allow for any complications that people may experience when viewing.

As for the work/layout and presentation is there any feedback you can give?
I am really working toward any 3D artist position in my country (UK) but mostly targeting character positions. Any help you can suggest to increase my odds of obtaining a permanent position would be immensely helpful and I would be most gratefeul.

Post your texture flats along with your shots always.

The first character looks odd, the hair mainly. The hair cards are facing the wrong direction especially on the lower neck. They are also clipping through the hat. I'm not a character artist but I can definitely say the face looks a lot older than she probably should be. Her teeth need AO, actually her whole mesh needs an AO pass. Why is there a killer seam on each leg?

Second character, why only Diff and norm? Why show the dog hp but not completed/textured?

Pistol, not many people would say you should show WIPS.

Vector, Materials need work. Silencer looks like plastic + the silhouette shows polygonal edges, add geo. More renders with better lighting.

Building, not really sure. maybe you should cut this since it is not character art nor highly detailed? Up to you

Also avoid stark white or pitch black render backgrounds.

Regarding your characters: I generally like the clothing. Perhaps the booths on Lyna doesn't fit. They seem very big on her. The things that need the most work IMO are the faces. Work on making them more appealing. The uncanny valley is pretty big. You really need to work on those eyes to make the character come alive.

I will also say that you need to work on textures/materials. Define your spec/gloss maps much better to really make the different materials stand out from each other.

    Hey!
I think honestly that you need to work on textures and material definition... you got some cool models, but the texturing...
Hands proportion on the girl model seems a little bit too small, head may be too big.
    Cheers!
