Hey guys. Working on an old model of Cap I started close to a year ago. Updated it with better proportions (They still feel weird though. I wouldn't mind some suggestions), sculpted on the face a bit, and started putting some folds in the clothes. Need to make actual boots as the ones I'm using now are placeholders. I'm going to be posting updates in this thread as I work on it. Crits are totally welcome.

Added some folds and stitching, and a few other tweaks. I think I need to start working on the boots next.

I think you've got a really good piece going here, with a few tweaks as you say it could look really good. There's a couple of things I've picked up on; his hands, specifically his palms look very thick. This could just be the angle and shadows though.

It's hard to see if there's any separation between the mask and the rest of his clothes. His collar bones look quite sharp and at first I had the impression he was wearing a very low cut outfit. If I remember correctly, in some of the older comics the mask was attached to the main costume and he'd pull it over like a hood. If that's the style you're going for, I feel like it wouldn't be so tight to his skin at the top his nose, it would be like an elastic trying to pull back together.

with the proportions, I think his shoulder muscles could be pulled up a bit more, it'll thicken out his neck a bit but might help with the overall shape.

Look forward to seeing where you go with this.
