Cut model up into separate chunks & then export. In xNormal you can load multiple high poly models & bake to a single low poly.

you can also decimate your model before exporting as obj. it'll cut the polycount tremendously and you won't really see any difference in quality (sometimes up to 3-4 decimation operations) it's under zplugin > decimation master.

hey guys, thanks! yeah some people told me i can use Decimation masters, so i guess that probelm is solved. but what about my second problem, the part where i cant merge 2 sub tools because they are too large and heavy. anyone know how to fix that?

You could try and decimate the 2 subtools and then dynamesh or zremesh them, reproject back the details, then merge. Just remember to duplicate your subtools first if something goes wrong you've got a backup.
