First creature sculpt (requesting feedback)

I mainly use zbrush for environment art but I have really wanted to start making creatures/aliens and possibly humans. Below is an image of my first creature sculpt. I'm looking for helpful feedback, the kind that can steer me in the right direction. I don't know much about anatomy "yet." I know it's something I really need to get into if I plan to get much better so if you have links or anything that could help would be awesome! Thanks

I am not actually finished with him yet, but getting close so I'll explain what I did because i'm fairly new to the process. Also, he is meant to be baked down to LP and be game ready.

-I started with zsphere making the basic shape
-blocked him out in low subD
-once i got the shape i started using Dynamesh
-fallowed a simple concept but didn't want it to be exactly like concept.
- once mostly sculpted I used Alphas for details.
- The eyes and teeth separate meshes
