Face topology feedback?

Hi, I just retopologized a Zbrush high-poly, and would love to hear some feedback.

What I did:
- I used many triangles to create transitions towards lower topology. I did this around the ear, under chin area, and forehead. I tried to avoid using this technique in areas I thought were going to be deformed greatly.


What I am trying to do:
- I want to render and even animate this within Maya and Unity. I'm looking to make this into a game asset.
- I may want to make the mouth and eyes animate-able; I'm not sure what you are supposed to do for the eyes, I just have some geometry where they are supposed to be.
- I'm going to start working on the hands and the transition to the wrist. Any good ref/tutorial on this topic?


I'm looking forward to learning more about this important skill from you guys.
