Super sculpy is a good product. If you're aiming to do any small details, you'll want the firm version, though, not standard.
Another option to consider is Chavant clay. I like it more because it can go from very soft and easy to work with if you heat it, to very hard and easy to add detail if you cool it (put it in the freezer, or used canned air turned upside down). The downside is you can't bake it; if you want a final product that can stand up to handling you'd need to make a cast (on the brightside, because it can be melted, it's much simpler to make said cast that it'd be with sculpey).
If you're going the plasteline route (like Chavant), I much prefer working with Monster Clay. THey're both good to work with, but I prefer the waxy consistency of Monster Clay. It's certainly a lot nicer to work with than Sculpey though, as already mentioned, it's a plasteline not a clay so will never harden entirely. It's still quite firm when not being worked so should be ok to sit around as long as it's not top heavy or somewhere hot.
EDIT: That Cx5 looks pretty impressive. Have you worked with it MyClay?
When I went through my sculpting phase I tested almost every material and found a mix of super sculpey original and Firm was a solid mixture, it gave an amazing consistency

THe other clay that was incredible to use is Monster Clay, it's brilliant but obviously you can't bake it
Hi Steve,
sadly haven´t had the time yet for trying it out myself
but there are some neat DVDs out and Hangouts on youtube
to see if the workflow etc is useful
