Hi guys, I've been putting together a model of a character (in maya) and I did it without bothering a lot about the back faces. I built it in blocks, piece by piece and placed mesh objects on top of each other, now I'm left with a LOT of faces that are not visible and useless, but they are there. (especially if you zoom in into the insides of the character).
My question is, is there a way to delete these?
I thought about turning on backface culling, selecting everything, inverting the selection and delete. But that only works to the perspective I'm using, all other faces that my perspective camera can't reach, like the back of the model, will be deleted as well...) Any thoughts?
