I usually try to get critique from Facebook but thought as I'm getting more serious and wanting to get a portfolio ready for an Industry Job thought i'd ask this thriving forum.
This is my first real new portfolio piece since graduating. I have experience in Ddo/Painter but I decided to take the Photoshop route to understand the pipeline of PBR textures and not just click a button, even though its quite cool, I just like the old school approach
Focus of this piece was to show ability to merge hard surface with organic and to try aim for realistic representation of a used weapon.
Any critique is appreciated, As I'm wanting to polish this and move onto the next piece.
The Fore-end wood needs to get the same attention as the stock, and some Alebdo details haven't been converted onto the Normal map yet as don't want it to be too noisy.
