You'll find plenty of good books on scriptwriting with a google search.
Not sure if you are interested in writing film or games or whatever, but you can find plenty of scripts that were used in feature films for free around the net. They're good for learning the structure and just general studying.
As for forums, Celtx used to have their own forum. I'm guessing they still do. You could also check out. Writingforums.org.
