Your mission

As a Project Manager - Games (m/f), you will be responsible for developing new mobile or online games. You will be the first point of contact for the production workflows and you will work closely with product management and other technical experts within the team. We are looking for a professional to lead a great team, make organizational decisions, and take responsibility for solving problems. If you have extensive experience in the online gaming industry, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your job:
  • Your goal: Create an environment suitable for the efficient development of successful high-quality games
  • Contribute ideas for various systematic approaches and make decisions with the team as to which development framework works best for you
  • Ensure smooth workflows in interdisciplinary teams, and anticipate potential obstacles for work within the team
  • Support the team during the development phases, monitor progress, and communicate changes to the project plans transparently
  • Strive for continual improvement and efficient change management

Your profile:
  • Broad knowledge of project management tools and agile methods
  • Several years of professional experience in online gaming
  • A completed degree
  • Ability to identify economic relationships and to think entrepreneurially
  • A positive working approach - you are proactive and tackle challenges head on
  • Very good written and spoken English
