Annoying SP UI bug!

I just got myself a trial of the latest Substance Painter and was excited to try it out. Immediately I'm assaulted by this annoying bug and this is really killing the mood for me. The following steps outline how I got this bug. I use a Nvidia GTX 660M graphics card.
1. Maximize the window.
2. Click on Reset UI
BAM, the top menu rows both get displaced upwards and seem to vanish into the top of my screen. ???
Sometimes when I click on a layer, the same thing happens and my cursor position and offset from it's normal position, as shown in the diagram below.
