Bug Mod Creature Thingy

Just started guy, going for a Bug MOB kind of feel. I used this speed sculpt I did as a starting point.
I don't post on here much I'm hoping this is a start to change that.

Recursive Sweatpants

It looks good! One thing kind of bugs me, though, and that's where the head attaches to the creature's body. There doesn't seem to be any sort of neck, or at least not one that's visible from most angles, so the head looks like it's just pinned onto the body. The underbelly also looks unnaturally smooth compared to the rough, nuanced shell and legs surrounding it, so I think you could add some more detail there as well.
