I'm looking for a place to share my content with other people (textures, models, etc.). Since i'm planning to release the sources (substances, max files), do you guys recommend any good website with an upload feature? I can only think of DeviantArt.

Dropbox, Google Drive or Mega are good options, all have free plans, with Mega offering 50GB for free.

I wanted something like an all-in-one solution. Portfolio and download. I guess i'll stick with DeviantArt for now.

You could use
ArtStation
and upload the source files on some of the providers EarthQuake mentioned then link them on the ArtStation page.

How about
opengameart.org
? Many indie developers go there seeking artwork to use in their games.
Here's an example of a user page:

Perhaps not a great place to use as a portfolio to show potential employers, but it seems workable for sharing collections of artwork.
