Need Advise over how to make a specular map and gloss map in substance designer

Hello folk
Currently i am working on a 3d asset i am overall done with the diffuse map but stick with specular and gloss map i don't know how to create specular map in substance designer i know how to make it in photoshop but i dont want to use photoshop if anybody knows how to make specular maps that would be great. I am going to use this asset in unity 5 :poly136:
