They're tileable, have accurate Normal and Heightmaps based on real-life geometry, and maximum of 4k resolution

Great for buildings you make or as detail textures
Nice as standalone for walls and usefull as detail
For 3$ you'll get two forest materials and one moss, which could be used to enrich groud or as mossy field in forest.
