Hello for the third time,so I got my Wacom Intous CTL-480 and i managed to fix my pen problem, but now when I started to doodle in Photoshop i noticed that my lines feel inaccurate and very bad. So,my question is:what is good pen pressure sensitivity option, should i use both opacity and size pressure sensitivity and rother good settings for drawing with tablet or its just a question of practice and time?

For Photoshop settings you may try to enable in Options panel for brush Always Use Pressure for Size and Always Use Pressure for Opacity options.
Also a good idea is to use standard round brush. Using a custom big size brush may decrease performance. Be sure what you have a latest driver installed from wacom site. The rest comes with practice and patience.:)
Then disable "press and hold for right clicking".
You may try to use this tool for fixing any pen related issues introduced by Windows 7
