Does Substance Designer have a channel AND operator?

Hello everyone. I'm having some issues with colorID maps. These were pretty straight forward in painter but substance designer is a bit of a challenge. I use to mask things by channel and it worked fine. however the biggest problem I have now is working with an object that had more than 3 materials. I would like to mask pink RGB(1,0,1) but there is no AND operator. All things with red or blue appear.

The youtube tutorials only use separate texture alltogether so I decided to Google the problem. I found this forum in which a user makes a graph that only outputs true if certain colors are above a per channel threshold. The problem is he adds them but I'm looking to AND them.

I decided I would at the very least play around with substance logic but it turns out we need a function graph. The youtube videos from Algorithmic tell you how to play with it, but they never mention how to open it in the first place. See for yourselves.
