Hey Guys i'm Trying to make a simple game demo and set it up on the internet (any web browser) just as a simple click and play to test out my knowledge in game Development. Critiques Please! ahahaha
Seriously though I'm a shut in and I'm trying to break that habit and by posting my constant progress. Most of the concepts are by other people (I'll post a link to their folio's or other websites.
So to start off here's Kaya the Main character.

I just noticed I started this thread a long time ago and never continued it. So I feel like I should add a conclusion. Spoiler I never finished the game but I did get far enough into making a demo. I created the demo in in UE4 because it has a small learning curve and there are so many tutorials that helped. I created simple models and did very basic rigs and animation to them. Persona and blueprints were super easy to understand. So I gave the character simple projectiles a jump and an action button so when she gets a power-up she can summon her blue friend. Lastly I gave her health and ways she can take damage. So where I came to a screeching halt was when I was trying to make it playable on a browser. I am a far cry some a scripting artist but I understand the bare basics and I couldn't find a simple way to get the game exported and playable on google or firefox. Which was ultimately what I wanted the end result to be. But I digress here are a few videos showing where I left off.
