How can I find a knowledge to make/paint maps, especially diffuse map?
Is there a simplified diagram that tells which part of body has darker or lighter skins? I got really confused looking at my own skin. I don't know which dark color is from melanin and which is from the light itself.

There's ambient occlusion baked into a lot of the textures simply because of how their 3D scanning tech works, but you can still get a lot of good information about how skin colors are distributed.
As a general rule, thinner and more recessed areas tend to be a little darker/redder than other areas because there are more capillaries and muscle tissues close to the surface of the skin. Thicker skin, such as on the bottoms of the feet, or skin above fat deposits tends to be lighter and tending more towards a white/yellow color for Caucasian/Asian people and more tan/desaturated brown for people with darker skin.
