Substance Designer Library is Gone

Quick question. How do I bring back the library? It is 100% empty. I looked in the preferences and it somehow lost it's original path. easy fix right? Well. I quickly re linked it but my library did not reload. I figured I just had to close it and reopen it in order to recognize the change but for some reason it's failing to acknowledge a library.
