Here's the portfolio of a senior artist at Riot, try to make 4-5 pieces as good as his and you will find your self in a pretty good place! Good luck man!
If you saw the RIOT Polycount contest, do a character that matches that contest. The winners for that were all recruited for jobs at RIOT i believe. You want to do solid sculpts but make sure you focus on hand painted textures...this is going to matter the most.
one of my fb friend do mention the same which i should have focus on hand texture more the sculpt , my plan is my a fast sculpt then to focus on the texture .
Just advising on the image hosting, try using IMGUR and the provided BBC code it gives when you upload the image. Attaching images and reposting it with PC's native UI is a bit obtuse. IMGUR is nice in that it automatically provides a thumbnail when you paste the BBC code.
yea, I don't even look at images most of the time when attached like this, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Looks really good so far though, I'm liking the forms you got going!

Pending on how the studio is set up, you may hand off the sculpt to another artists for low poly/ texture creation. Speaking of Josh, he has a process video from a ZBrush event at Gnomon. It's pretty cool to see his process for creating characters. http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?182440-ZBrush-UGM-Recap-Riot-Games
It is about bravery and courage . Having miss fortune arcade is only a mid stone to see how other react on her if I have her finished completely 100% . After that I going to make another lol character using the experience I learnt .
