How can I access Substance Live if I bought the Indie pack on STEAM?

I bought the Substance Indy pack back in December through STEAM.

Is there a way for me to get access to the Substance Live interface?

The LIVE benefits are accessible only if you have the latest version of all software in the pack.
You would have to upgrade your Substance Designer to 5.x and you would automatically have access to LIVE.

Substance Designer 5 - Indie
Substance Painter Indie
Bitmap2Material 2 - Indie

Does that mean i've got to shell out for B2M 3 to get it?
