Feedback and Critique for FMP Characters

Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some feedback and critique for my Final Major Project, which is finished and has been handed in as my last ever Uni project. I was hoping your feedback can help in future projects, as I won't be coming back to these characters, though I might add a fourth character when I've learnt more and improved.

If you are interested in the thought process and development you can take a look here.

There are a few issues which really stick out to me but I was hoping you guys could offer fresh pairs of eyes and advice :)

Main issues:

- Things such as clothes and dreads are too shiny (Switched from PBR spec workflow to metalness workflow in final stages and so didn't get enough tweaking)
- Some colours too flat or too dark (PBR workflow problem again)
- Hair card alphas need spherical/grouped normals (NormalThief?)
- Not enough clothing folds (Need more practise)
- Weird normals on bottom of some tunics (Pre-bake mistake)
- General material definition

If you can see anything else or have any advice, please let me know :)
Thanks for your time!
