Personal Doppelgangers in Games

So, one of my best friends has been playing "Life is Strange" and he's apparently found me in the game.

He looks like me. He also sketches. I FEEL FUNNY. I need an adult.





Anyone else find personal (friends, colleagues, family, etc.) doppelgangers in other games?

No but I hate when characters have my name in games. Even though I always name characters after myself when given the option.

But I get upset when people have the same name as me in real life.

Also, people say I look like Zak Galafanakis but I call them dirty liars.

A buddy of mine looks just like Dennis from Far Cry 3 albeit a little younger and well put together, it kind of weirded me out that he tried to stab me in the game.

One of the emails that Commander Shepard gets in ME3 is from someone who has the exact same name as my sister, and it freaks me out every time I see it.

One of the main playables in COD modern warfare 3 is 'Yuri', my name. Always a little weird to hear the characters yelling out to me during the game. "Yuri! Take out that chopper!", but actually a fun element.

The only time I've seen someone with my name, with my spelling in a game was the janitor in Kotor. I was like, "Really? A Janitor?" Visually, nothing like me, but generally brown people are still a rarity in games.

I never wanna see my name in a game ever again...I fear a worse fate.

My first name's Bianca, seems like a popular weapon name in fantasy games, came across that more then once by now. It's funny then a character talks to is weapon like "let's kill him, Bianca!"... that made me laugh hard! (One of the Dragon Age characters weapon is named "Bianca")

But I haven't found a look alike by now!

when i worked at ncsoft austin, the art director from arena net Daniel Dociu was visiting and i thought he looked familiar for some reason. someone else said yeah he looks like father Grigori from half life 2. turns out he was.

Same hair. Same ethnicity (Mixed British/Chinese), plus I was one of the Directors on the project. I get asked all the time if his look was based on me, I always like to give a vague answer I don't wear pink nor do I stop buses.
