Just wanted to share and give a free node for substance designer users.
Basically it gets a cloud noise or any noise and polishes it with 3 slider settings.
Not all noises will do a good job, but you could find more uses than that.

Let me know if you guys have any issues and I'll try fixing it. Substance 5.1+ tested, don't know about 5.0.
To use it, just drag and drop the node into Substance Designer, grab a clouds mask and voila!
