Zbrush Plane and Grid [Question]

I am on part 2, but I ran into a few issues:

Tate Mosesian doesn't explain how to create the grids he uses. (I don't know how to create these grids in photoshop so I don't know how to proceed)

Does anyone know how to? Thank you.

This is what I am trying to achieve:


I created this:
200x200px image:


Then this 2k image:


Now all I have to do is do the other grids (2 - 12)

Actually I'm not sure how to do the other sizes that have decimal points:
2000 / 11 = 181.81812 etc
