If you're just getting used to the UI and tools, I'd start a new sculpt. If it's hard to do something from your head, just grab a reference like a model's head and just attempt to sculpt it as best you can.

Is there anything in particular you want to build?

Tried to make a humanoid head - not realistic of course, trying to get critique on how to improve it, trying to make him look kinda angry

to many issues with it caused by bad sculpting techniques. reduce the subdivision level and smooth it out and pull out or push in the forms you need with the snake hook of move tool. than start using the clay build up and dam standard. def. use a reference. even if it isn't realistic, there are non realistic references out there that you can work from which include pixar, borderlands, walking dead game, etc...

the biggest issue is your trying to form the small details and skipping the large forms which are the most important part, especially for stylized which is all about form.

again, get references, everyone uses references.

my first sculpt was alot worse when I started. keep it up.
