I'm not too experienced in UE4 but the things I notice:
1. You have some lightmap bleeding on the roof, cabinet, and along the edge of the mat. You're gonna have to adjust the Uv's on that lightmap channel
2. The Lighting. I would make the main source of lighting coming in from the window. Right now it looks like its coming from the circle lights above. Try and get a nice contrast because at the moment, everything looks very evenly lit. the shadows have pretty hard edges, try and soften the edges. Personally, I love bloom. So some bloom from the window would make me happy (just alittle though)
Otherwise, you have a simple, decent scene setup that will look nice with some more polish
