It definitely has that Frieza feel to it. Right now though I think the anatomy can use some beefing up. Frieza is pretty toned person not so much in muscle mass but he definitely has that very cut feel to him. Right now your Frieza feels more skinny than toned. The face too is also throwing me, I think you gave too much space to the forehead and the face feel scrunched because of it. Frieza does have a naturally large forehead but his face looks proportioned in the show. Also I think his neck needs work and his tail, his tail feel like its just stuck into his buttocks instead of really being part of the anatomy believably. And his neck still needs general shape right now the muscle feel very stretched especially getting to the clavicle. Its a nice start dont get me wrong! It just needs more work. Keep at it and you'll make one badass Frieza!
thx for the critic, I'll look into that tomorrow morning. I'll probably give it another pass and try and add more tone. I know the arm needs it bad. for the face though, I overlayed it on several frieza images and it match almost all of them. I posted a face reference so you can see. maybe there is something I don't see. the more I look at it the more I find problems lol, time to take a break on it today.

yeah great job actually that last comment was a reference to dragon ball z abridged so it was not meant to be taking seriously also what program did you use to create the sculpt?
I recommend tweaking the material of the eye on the final renders. Since its going for a semi-realistic look, I think a glossier surface on it would really push the quality up.

@TomGT I maxed out the gloss on the eyes. maybe I'm doing something wrong.
