It's been a while since I've touched zbrush, my question is:
How do you keep hard edges when subdividing? (when I subdivide a polymesh3d it rounds the edges. Thank you.

Crease those edges, in an outside app while using GoZ, or with the new ZModeler brush.
Then use the "CreaseLvl" slider to determine when it stops keeping them hard.

You can also turn of smt next to the divide button, or use dynamic sub division's q-grid/flat sub divs.

Would highly recommend searching the zbrush docs before posting a new thread, it will help you learn!
