I found this concept that I though would be fun to make. How am I doing so far? What can I change to nail the concept?

    It's on its way. Right now, you should definitely balloon the biceps. THey're huge in the concept. Your sculpt has them looking reasonable.

    I think his brow needs to protrude a bit more. It overhangs the nose bridge a bit in the original concept. You might need to tweak the shape of the nose bridge a bit too compensate too. I quite like the roman nose, but it does add to the thuggish look as opposed to the ruggedly handsome concept design

    Getting the big eyebrows in there is going to help a lot to get him looking more like the original design too, even if they're just a temporary shape.

    The crease on the cheek isn't a nasolabial fold - it's the one that runs from the inner eye round under the cheekbone. Google isn't being terribly helpful on what exactly it's called.

    I think the rear corners of his jaw line need to be broadened a bit too.
