I think the major thing I don't like is the blurry cards in the distance.
Here are 2 shots with wireframe. I exported to fbx, and took the shots in 3dsmax because UE4 displays all triangles without backface culling, so it was quite messy.
I think you should maybe try doing the backdrop with world machine or some other terrain gen software.
Hi Kaine123, I agree with you for the background, I'm not totally happy with it myself.
My 1st try was to make mountains filled with trees, or fake lowres trees, but the result was very heavy and didn't have a nice fps in UE4.
Maybe I'll try to fix this background when I find the time...
My biggest concern is that the plaque on the temple is in Chinese not Korean lol, so maybe change that xD
Hi Kid.in.the.Dark,
I can't read chinese nor korean language.
My only purpose was to make beautiful pictures ;-)
And so on, I took the texture from a picture of a Korean temple.
So Docm30 might be right in his reply.
the temple itself is very nice as others have said, the surrounding environment is lacking. What shaders are you using for your foliage? the trees and grass could probably benefit from translucency.
Nicely done man! It looks really solid overall. What's the deal with that weird orb in the sky of the first image? I also agree with Kaine's sentiment about redoing the background terrain in world machine. Other than that u did some good work here!
Ohhh~ My mistake haha, never really thought about that since they're a descendant of Chinese heritage somewhere down the line. Well played Mister Docm! Carry on then (Y)

I'll be posting images with wireframe soon.

I'll try to make something for the background with world machine when I find the time...
