3DS MAX High Poly Modelling

Hi,
I'm trying to make a scene of a high poly hangar, I have saved a low poly version already for other purpose.
My idea is to learn high-poly modelling and in future 3d painting.
OK, this is my issue:
How can I make this details..? Wich technique would you recommend me?
How should I bake the UV after that?
