Hey polycount! New poster here!
I have to start posting my work and get a fresh eye on things to see what silly mistakes I'm making and how I can improve ! This 1st piece I've been working on lately is from a CRAZY awesome artist Peter Mohrbacher, His colors And overall design is Just out of this world. Although I was not able to receive an E-Mail back from him, I Will not continue any further or use this for any type of future portfolio piece, But I Loved this piece so much I just couldn't control it. So don't go to hard and expect more sketches and pieces in the future.
And here is the masters concept.
Thank you Peter for your insane talent and always making me want to improve through your work And thank you polycounters for the critiques and criticism

I think you've got his anatomy more or less down, but need to pay a bit more attention to the shapes of the robes to really nail the look. For example, the metal plates that cover the pectorals are quite sizeable - bit enough to have a noticeable silhouette on the original design. Likewise the shape of the robe at the hips.
Generally going through adding making sure you get the silhouette right and compound curves right will get you much closer.
