Hi Everyone,

I'm currently working on a base mesh for an anatomically correct character.

I'm eager to hear your feedback on what forms need work and where I've went wrong (Don't be hesitant to give harsh critique, I like it rough).

- Stephen.

    Good start!
Just my opinion as these are artistic forums and not medical ones. The head and hands are too big. The leg shapes are ok in profile but front and back are not correct. Dont be such a pussy! Get in and do the hands and feet.

Not bad! I agree with Kanga.

Also The proportions seem off; Forearms too long, the genital area starts too high up.. (Illiac crest is on a 90 degree slant), The hamstrings aren't correct either and it looks you didn't really know what you were doing with that area.

There is a lot that needs work.

Learn anatomy, look at references, use the site anatomy4sculptors to get the proportions correct.

    Keep at it though!

    Hey thanks for your feedback!

I'll definitely need to rework those hands, make them a bit smaller and reduce the size of the head, thanks for the pickup on the legs too, I've been struggling with them - maybe you could help me figure out where I've went wrong?

Here's what I started with for the legs:

You're right, I've been pussyfooting about the feet that's for sure, I'll work them over and repost ! :)

I'll look further into those forms, do some refining and repost! :)
