Meshlab extreme lag when exporting mesh

Hi,
when I export mesh from Meshlab, my computer slows down and I have extreme lag. I need to wait till Meshlab stops working, because I can't even ctrl+alt+delete. And it's not even a high-poly mesh, i tried with 1000 polys, 500 polys, nothing! What can be wrong?
